What are different mode of payments?
You can make payment by Cheque, Credit/ Debit Card, Online bank transfer or by making online payment through PayPal by login to your account.

Do you offer corporate pricing?
Yes, we do offer Corporate Pricing. We offer discounts to customers who send or receive high volumes of faxes and we also offer discounts to customers who wish to register more than 10 accounts. When registering multiple accounts, each person is given their own personal number for receiving faxes.

Do you offer any other monthly packages?
Yes, we have some higher volume packages available for corporate customers and heavy fax users. Please contact our sales team for same.

Are there any additional taxes?
Services tax will be applicable according to regulations.

Is there a contract I have to sign?
No, there is only a Terms and Conditions that you must agree to when registering for the service. It is part of the online registration process. There is no contract that requires you to remain a customer for a minimum length of time.

Is there a minimum time I must register for?
No, there is no minimum registration period. We charge you at the beginning of every month for the service. If you no longer wish to use the service simply contact us and we will cancel your account - you will not be charged for the following month.

Can I change my packages after I register without penalty?
Yes, you can change your package after registering without penalty. Simply contact us and let us know which package you would like to switch to.
